First Official Story for the Blog!!! Local SPCA to Receive Funding for Spay/Neuter Program

Here is my first official story for the Blue Blogsman site! Quick background, about this...

The Lycoming County SPCA had not received a Federal grant and this prevented funding for their low cost spay/neuter program. Sadly, they would not be able to provide this service until 2026 (if at all possible). But thanks to one generous Lyco County  resident, that changed. That's what this article about.
