Are you sure Dynamo is in Public Domain? People have argued that the THUNDER AGENTS were in Public Domain and published new adventures. DC shot them down at least twice, I believe. DC reissued THUNDER AGENTS in hardcover some years back. I have them. Good luck. Phil.
